Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship items may take around 1-2 business days to process. Once processed, orders typically take 1-2 weeks to ship depending on your location relative to Atlanta, GA, USA.
We typically ship through USPS, and do not ship on US holidays. 

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays. We ship to the US only. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged package. Once your item has been marked fulfilled, we no longer have control of it. Refunds will not be issued for lost orders.
